Our Service Options

We offer three levels of reserve studies to fit different stages of your association’s planning cycle and depending on if a previous reserve study has been completed:

• Level 1 – Full Reserve Study
  A complete, baseline study that includes a site visit and thorough evaluation of all community common elements.
  Best for associations that have never had a reserve study or need a full, ground-up assessment.
• Level 2 – Update with Site Visit
  Updates a prior study with refreshed cost and life-expectancy information, plus a new site inspection.
  Recommended every 3–5 years, or when major community changes occur.
• Level 3 – Update without Site Visit
  Updates funding recommendations using financial and component data provided by the association, without a new site inspection.
  Ideal for annual updates between full or site-visit studies.
